Collections Cream – Neutral

  • Given that the Collections Cream has had roll of creating a “patina”, what’s the thought behind adding a “neutral” variant? How does this cream differ from the standard Boot Black neutral shoe cream?

  • I don't know the reason why Columbus has created the Neutral colour - it makes no sense if you want to create a Patina.
    It may be that many people use the Collections Cream as a normal shoe cream.

    The main difference between the Shoe Cream and the CC is that the CC contains water- and oil-based colour pigments and some Argan oil in addition to other oils.
    It is also water-free, whereas the Shoe Cream contains a small amount of water.

    To be honest, the colour Neutral is not really for Patina.
    Since this cream contains Argan oil, it can be said that it is much higher quality than the 55g Shoe Cream.

    As already written above, people use the CC as a normal shoe cream...
